Olen varemgi rääkinud, kui oluline on uni — see on üks tugeva tervise ja hea enesetunde alustalasid. Ja olgem ausad, kehv voodi võib ka parima une täiesti rööpast välja lüüa. 😴 🛏️

Olen palju reisinud ja maganud igasugustes voodites, mis õpetas kiiresti, et mugavus loeb — väga. Nii sündiski otsus investeerida voodisse, mis on päriselt loodud minu jaoks.

Tegin korraliku eeltöö ja astusin sisse @kamjobeds voodipoodi, kus sain tänu imelisele personalile tõelise voodielamuse. Testisin madratseid, uurisin detaile ja sain teada, mis teeb ühest voodist selle õige (spoiler: hingavus, looduslikud materjalid 🌾 ja vastupidavus!).

💫 Minu uus voodi valmib täpselt minu soovide järgi tellimustööna — ja on peagi teel koju.

31 years of learning, unlearning, and becoming—a

31 years of learning, unlearning, and becoming—and it’s brought me to a place of deeper trust and love for Life than I’ve known before☀️

I’ve known indescribable joy, profound sadness, and even complete numbness. I’ve met people whose generosity moved me deeply—and others so consumed by their own confusion and pain that their actions were hard to comprehend.

I’m embracing all of it, because every experience was necessary. Through it all, I’ve come to understand that relaxing into naturalness and being open to life is what helps me remember who I am—and allows me to embrace and discover all that it offers. In that surrender and openness, everything begins to make much more sense (including within my body). To be fully natural in each moment—that, to me, is the truest kind of beauty, and a reflection of how far someone has come.

Life isn’t perfect, but it’s absolutely worth living. It becomes truly beautiful when you realize it’s unfolding right here, right now—not somewhere far away.
I’m deeply grateful for Life, and for every soul I’ve crossed paths with on this journey. Thank you for being part of it. 🙏🏼🤍

Here’s to the next chapter—in gratitude, in joy, and in trust.✨
